House of Blues Myrtle Beach is mainly General Admission which is Standing Room Only. Reserved Seating is available in the balcony overlooking the stage at a slightly higher price which includes: priority entry (meaning you will not need to stand in the long general admission line for entry), guaranteed seating & cocktail service throughout the night. For guests with accessible needs, purchase the appropriate number of wheelchair/mobility impaired/companion tickets required for your party. Please plan on arriving at the House of Blues approximately 15 minutes before door time to check in with security. Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.
